Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping Policy 

6x6 offers ground shipping through FedEx within the continental United States. Items are made to order and typically ship 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. With current shipping restrictions, we kindly ask that you allow 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive. 

Should you wish to place a 6x6 order outside of the continental U.S., please contact our office during standard business hours at 6x6designs@gmail.com or 602.502.5118 


Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer returns on products within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment once the product has been received by 6x6. Please email 6x6designs@gmail.com to start your return process. 

Should any items be shipped incorrectly or damaged, 6x6  will be more than happy to replace or exchange your products at no expense. Be sure to notify us within three business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products.  If the order is incorrect, please provide a copy of the original sales order form so that we may get the correct product sent to you as quickly as possible.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at 6x6designs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
